"Treffpunkt: Denkmal", funded by the Berlin Senatsverwaltung für Kultur und Europa, is analyzing the culture of remembrance at and around Alexanderplatz in the context of the European Cultural Heritage Year 2018.
The participants of "Treffpunkt: Denkmal" have been visiting various initiatives devoted to the history of the monuments around Alexanderplatz and the development of the square. The participants learned how to work artistically with the videocamera and how to tell their own stories with the medium film.
The results are critical and humorous anecdotes about the monuments around Alexanderplatz.
